About The Position

The Consumer Support Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional support to Little Leaf Farms consumers through effective communication and issue resolution. They serve as a key point of contact for consumers -- responding to inquiries, addressing product related questions and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience that reflects and strengthens the brand.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster positive relationships with consumers.
  • Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as Zendesk.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Outlook.
  • Time management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Energetic and personable individual with a genuine passion for connecting with people.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Hours per day are flexible.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone and email inquiries through Zendesk.
  • Track and manage all consumer feedback through Zendesk and Sprout Social.
  • Generate weekly, monthly and yearly reports on consumer feedback.
  • Escalate urgent feedback to appropriate teams in a timely manner.
  • Manage and optimize customer service tools (phone, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Mail coupons to consumers on a weekly basis.
