About The Position

This is a nine-month contract opportunity for a Consumer Services Representative located in Richmond, BC. The role involves a hybrid work model, with four days per week in the office. The representative will be responsible for responding to consumer inquiries, investigating and resolving complaints, and escalating quality or food safety concerns. The position also involves documenting interactions, identifying trends in consumer feedback, and staying current on product information and company policies. The representative will embody the Nature's Path brand with warmth, authenticity, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, consumer care, contact center or a similar customer-facing role.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning technical product information and translating it into clear, consumer-friendly language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• French language skills
• Experience working with CRM or customer service software

Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer inquiries about our products, ingredients, packaging and nutrition information via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Investigate and resolve consumer complaints with empathy, professionalism and sound judgment.
• Escalate quality or food safety concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
• Accurately document consumer interactions and maintain detailed records within our systems.
• Identify trends in consumer feedback and share insights that help improve products and the overall consumer experience.
• Stay current on product launches, formulation updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Represent the Nature’s Path brand with warmth, authenticity, and professionalism in every interaction.
