This research aims to comprehend the complete journey of evaluating, selecting, and acquiring personal items. The insights gathered will directly influence how modern retail experiences are evaluated. Participants will engage in a 20 to 30-minute remote interview via desktop computer, discussing their most recent luxury purchases, decision-making factors, favorite brands, shopping channels, and overall retail experiences. The conversation is designed to be straightforward, focusing on the consumer's personal perspective.
