About The Position

The Oklahoma Forensic Center (OFC) is seeking a Consumer Recovery Specialist to join their Nursing department. This role involves working as part of the treatment team to build supportive relationships with consumers, focusing on their strengths, goals, and barriers to recovery. Responsibilities include monitoring recovery progress, engaging in de-escalation activities, participating in and developing recovery, wellness, and social skills groups.

Requirements

Associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds.
Able to push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
