Requirements

1 or more years of experience working on all makes and models of turf and consumer product equipment.
Assertiveness, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain repairs and costs to customers.
Must have computer experience.
Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair all makes and models of turf and consumer product equipment, including small engines, handheld products and lawnmowers.
Support customers and maximize their uptime so they can get the job done.
Work alongside other trained mechanics in a shop that has all the support and resources needed to perform top-notch work on equipment.
