We are looking for an amazing Specialist, Consumer Marketing Activation, to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. This role is central to the execution of marketing campaigns across Adobe and Salesforce platforms. It collaborates cross-functionally and influences customer engagement strategies, with reach across both trade and consumer marketing efforts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Adobe suite training, Salesforce suite training, HTML, CSS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of email, SMS, and digital marketing systems and strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for email template customization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up and deploying all automated and ad hoc direct mail, email, and SMS journeys in both Adobe and Salesforce’s suites.
  • Create statistically significant test and control groups within each campaign.
  • Code and size all creative formats within the Adobe and Salesforce tools.
  • Build reports within AJO and Salesforce and analyze performance.
  • Build journey reporting in the Customer Journey Analytics tool and make continuous strategic improvements to each campaign based on results.
  • Manage Audiences for efficiency within AJO and the CDP.
  • Utilize Movable Ink and new technologies to improve email engagement.
  • Monitor Guest counts in Snowflake and Adobe CDP for alignment.
  • Ensure all email communications follow the new CAN-SPAM laws.
