About The Position

Elevate Credit Union is looking for a full-time Consumer Loan Specialist to join our Lending team in Brigham. This position helps members achieve their financial goals by assisting with consumer loans, recommending products and services that may benefit them, and providing exceptional service throughout the lending process. You'll enjoy regular daytime hours, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in financial services. This is an on-site position based in Brigham and is not remote or hybrid.

Requirements

• Previous lending, banking, financial services, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist members with consumer loan applications and financing needs.
• Recommend and explain loan protection products and services that may benefit members.
• Follow up with members throughout the loan process.
• Conduct outbound calls related to referrals, lending campaigns, and member outreach efforts.
• Actively assist with incoming calls, messages, and member requests.
