About The Position
The Consumer Lending Specialist is an operational role that will support multiple products across Consumer Lending business units including Unsecured Installment Lending, Specialty Finance, and Auto Lending as needed. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Requirements
- HS Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in an operational or customer service role
Nice To Haves
- Experience working at a financial institution is a plus
Responsibilities
- Loan funding
- Reviewing loan documents for completeness and accuracy
- Pipeline management
- Audit/Certifications
- Due Diligence
- Communication with third parties to obtain necessary information and documentation
- Data entry
- Lots of Phone and Email communication to and from consumers
