About The Position

Unleashed Brands is on a mission to help kids learn, play, and grow —and understanding parents, families and customers is critical to that mission. We're looking for a detail-oriented, inquisitive Consumer Insights Analyst to support and help scale our growing insights program. In this role, you’ll work across a portfolio of beloved youth enrichment brands, digging into NPS and CSAT data, surfacing trends, and helping translate customer feedback into business action. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for customer experience to contribute meaningfully while continuing to grow their craft.

Requirements

  • A foundation in analytics, marketing, research, or related disciplines
  • Experience working with customer data, surveys, or feedback tools
  • Ability to summarize findings in a clear, visual, and actionable way (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and natural curiosity about what makes customers tick
  • Familiarity with platform

Responsibilities

  • Support NPS & CSAT Programs: Assist with the development, distribution, and analysis of customer surveys. Ensure we're capturing clear, actionable feedback across the customer journey and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Uncover Trends & Insights: Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to identify patterns, pain points, emerging trends and opportunities. Translate large volumes of customer data into meaningful business insights and recommendations that drive action.
  • Deliver Clear, Insightful Reporting: Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards and presentations that help stakeholders quickly understand what customers are saying, why it matters and what actions should be considered. Communicate findings in a concise, visual and executive-friendly format.
  • Leverage AI to Accelerate Insights: Utilize AI-powered tools and technologies to analyze survey responses, identify themes, summarize findings and uncover trends more efficiently. Continuously explore new AI applications that improve the speed, quality and scalability of customer insights.
  • Monitor Consumer & Industry Trends: Track evolving parent, family and youth enrichment trends, competitive activity and broader consumer behavior shifts to identify emerging opportunities and risks across the platform.
  • Collaborate Across Brands: Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to embed insights into decisions and optimize experiences across all customer touchpoints.
  • Contribute to a Scalable Insights Function: Help build the foundation for a more robust Voice of the Customer program—processes, tools, and best practices included.
