As we expand our operations in the United States, we’re looking for a Consumer Growth Manager to join our team. Tulsa, Oklahoma is our preferred location, with Dallas–Fort Worth also an option. Role Purpose: As the Consumer Growth Manager, reporting directly to Head of Consumer Growth, you will help design and execute the B2C growth strategy across the US, with a particular focus on running and developing our consumer growth playbook in Tulsa. Your key KPI is order volumes, full stop. This is a highly hands-on role focused on turning consumer interest in drone delivery into sustained order growth. You will run the Tulsa growth playbook across promotions, local CRM, demand generation and repeat orders, testing what works and scaling successful activity. You’ll work closely with teams across Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing to identify and remove barriers to consumer growth. You’ll also partner with our Senior Commercial Development Associate on vendor co-promotions, bringing the consumer growth and activation lens while the Commercial team leads the direct commercial relationship and partner negotiations. There is significant scope to test, learn and build as Manna scales in the US. You’ll need to be comfortable moving quickly, using data to make decisions and turning successful local initiatives into repeatable growth activity.

Requirements

• Experience working in a high-growth B2C start-up or scale-up, ideally in food delivery, marketplaces, mobility, quick commerce or another location-based consumer business.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with hands-on execution, with experience increasing acquisition, order frequency and retention through CRM, promotions, local activations and product improvements.
• Experience identifying and solving growth blockers limiting order volume, working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing.
• Experience running and testing consumer growth initiatives and turning successful experiments into repeatable growth playbooks.
• Experience working with budgets and understanding the commercial and unit-economic impact of growth activity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly and there is significant scope to build new processes and approaches.
• Comfortable being accountable for ambitious order volume targets and using data to continuously improve performance.
• Comfortable using the latest AI tools to work faster, make better decisions and operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive consumer order volumes as the key KPI for the role.
• Help design and execute the B2C growth strategy across the US.
• Run the Tulsa consumer growth playbook, including promotions, local CRM, demand generation and initiatives to drive repeat orders.
• Drive order volume, frequency and retention across our app and aggregator partners.
• Develop and execute local campaigns and activations that build awareness and convert consumer interest into orders.
• Use CRM channels, including push, email and SMS, to drive engagement, repeat orders and consumer retention.
• Test different promotions, campaigns and growth initiatives, using data to understand what works and scaling successful activity.
• Partner with our Senior Commercial Development Associate on vendor co-promotions and joint consumer initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing to identify and address growth blockers limiting order volume.
• Use the consumer interest and virality around drone delivery to create sustainable, repeatable demand.
• Share learnings from Tulsa and help develop growth approaches that can be applied as Manna expands across the US.
