The attorney will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, assuming significant responsibilities from the outset.

Requirements

Must be admitted to the California Bar in good standing.
4 or more years of experience in civil litigation.
Focus on mortgage litigation defense matters in both state and federal courts.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
