The Consumer Experience Representative is Keter’s voice to the consumers who reach out for support. In this position, you will have the opportunity to resolve inbound consumer inquiries via phone, webform, and email, while updating internal systems. Utilize Sales Force to manage cases, become a product expert, and actively listen to customers, expressing empathy for their needs. Troubleshoot product issues using probing questions to determine root-cause to solve the consumer’s inquiry. Deliver superior customer service through first call resolution. Use strong time management and organizational skills to meet goals and de-escalate upset customers by solving their problems.
