About The Position

The Consumer Engagement Representative 2 oversees the enrollment, education, engagement, and activation duties for client groups regardless of segment, and for product where warranted. The Consumer Engagement Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. The Consumer Engagement Representative 2 contributes to business strategy by understanding benefit offerings to ensure enrollment success, identifying member education opportunities to drive maximum utilization of available resources, and directing clients on the use of available resources. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a telephonic based environment.
  • Intermediate Proficiency using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency navigating multiple systems and platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical difficulties in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year experience with assisting members via high volume call center environment.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Sales experience.
  • Bilingual (speaks, read fluently in Spanish).
