Job Description: This job is responsible for the delivery of a portion of the overall marketing strategy in the form of a portfolio of small to medium programs, capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include owning or supporting marketing operations including performance, risks and controls, production audits/exams/maintenance, and content management. Job expectations include owning day to day relationships with key business partners, solving moderate to complex business problems and independently driving strategic marketing improvements and solutions. The Consumer Credit Card Digital Marketing team drives growth through targeted, data driven email marketing. The team owns channel strategy and execution for email campaigns that deliver measurable sales results across consumer credit card products. We are seeking an email marketing manager who combines strong execution skills with deep performance ownership—someone who actively monitors results, applies advanced insights, and identifies new opportunities to improve sales and customer response. Role Overview: This role has direct accountability for achieving unit sales goals for the email channel and owns end to end campaign performance. The email marketing manager works in close partnership with product, analytics, technology, creative, legal, brand, and channel teams to translate business priorities and customer insights into high performing email campaigns. Success in this role requires strong use of advanced insights and campaign performance metrics to inform creative direction, testing decisions, and new ideas that drive incremental sales and long-term improvement.
