About The Position

What you'll be doing! Professional engagement: Handle a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally while providing a warm and friendly greeting to callers, identifying yourself and the companyProvide resolution: Identify and prioritize urgent or escalated issues, ensuring prompt resolutionExceptional service: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations by assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, or updating account informationDocumentation and system updates: Accurately and thoroughly document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM systemAdherence excellence: Follow established call center guidelines, procedures, and scripts to ensure consistency and quality of service

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience preferred
• Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and telephone systems required

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of customer service, call center or retail experience preferred
