About The Position

The Consumer Brand Manager is responsible for driving consumer-facing brand strategy and post-sale marketing enablement across the North American energy-based aesthetic device portfolio. This role focuses on empowering provider customers with high-impact patient marketing programs, digital platform content, and brand storytelling that accelerate consumer awareness, patient acquisition, and treatment adoption. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, MarTech, Sales, Clinical, and Creative teams, the Consumer Brand Specialist translates brand strategy into scalable marketing programs that support providers in effectively promoting treatments to patients. This role oversees the development of patient-facing campaigns, marketing platform content, and customer enablement tools that help aesthetic practices successfully activate consumer demand in their local markets. This individual will have responsibilities across Consumer Brand Strategy & Activation, Customer Enablement & Post-Sale marketing Support, Marketing Platforms & Digital Content Management, Patient-Facing Content Development, Demand Generation & Customer Engagement, optimizing and measuring effectiveness of the tools they create and support, Market intelligence & Consumer Insights and will collaborate cross functionally across the organization. The Consumer Brand Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between brand strategy and real-world customer activation by ensuring providers have the tools, messaging, and marketing support needed to grow their practices while strengthening brand equity in the marketplace. This position is ideal for a strategic and digitally minded marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand building, customer enablement, and performance-driven consumer marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4–7 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or patient marketing within healthcare, aesthetics, or medical device industries.
  • Experience developing consumer-facing campaigns and marketing enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, content strategy, and performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to translate brand strategy into scalable marketing tools and programs.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally across commercial, creative, and digital teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and consumer insights.

Responsibilities

  • Execute consumer brand marketing initiatives to drive patient awareness, education, and treatment consideration
  • Translate brand strategy into scalable, patient-facing marketing programs for provider activation
  • Develop and manage integrated consumer campaigns aligned with product positioning and commercial priorities
  • Ensure brand consistency across all patient-facing content and provider marketing materials
  • Create and deliver turnkey marketing programs, toolkits, and assets to support providers post-sale
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to equip customers with effective patient engagement tools and best practices
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve marketing programs and support materials
  • Oversee development and optimization of consumer-facing content within the AMPS marketing platform
  • Manage patient marketing assets across digital channels including website, email, social, and landing pages
  • Ensure content remains current, compliant, and aligned with campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with Digital and MarTech teams to optimize platform performance and usability
  • Develop compelling patient education and treatment awareness content across multiple channels
  • Build messaging frameworks that highlight treatment benefits, outcomes, and differentiation
  • Optimize content for engagement, conversion, and patient confidence
  • Support multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive patient inquiries and treatment adoption
  • Leverage audience insights and segmentation to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness
  • Track and analyze performance metrics including engagement, lead generation, and asset utilization
  • Identify opportunities to optimize content, messaging, and marketing programs based on data and feedback
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior in the aesthetics market
  • Translate insights into actionable improvements across marketing strategy and execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Creative, and MarTech teams
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and approvals to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
