Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP SD in AMS and projects.
  • Solid knowledge in S/4HANA (including simplifications) and ECC.
  • Experience with Fiori applied to SD processes.
  • Mastery of key processes: orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, credit, returns, taxes, integrations with MM/PP/FI.
  • Ability to elaborate functional specifications and monitor developments.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in IDocs, interfaces, BAPIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Experience with S/4HANA Sales in advanced scenarios (ATP, AATP, BRF+, new Credit Management).
  • Experience with SAP SD Billing in complex scenarios, such as global electronic invoicing, NF3e, and integration with fiscal solutions.
  • Knowledge in SAP VMS, GTS, TM, EWM, or CRM.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, integrations via API, CPI, or PI/PO.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).

Responsibilities

  • Act in the support of the SAP SD module, performing analysis and resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
  • Conduct project activities, including requirements gathering, functional design, integrated testing, and go-live support.
  • Configure and adjust Sales & Distribution processes in S/4HANA and ECC environments.
  • Work with Fiori Apps related to sales, billing, and customer service processes.
  • Perform impact analysis, functional documentation, and monitoring of ABAP developments.
  • Interact with internal areas and external suppliers, ensuring technical and functional alignment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and business process optimization.
