About The Position

As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this senior level consulting position is responsible for advising and guiding our Oracle customers and partners during their Oracle Cloud implementation. With strong expertise in Oracle's leading practices, strategies and innovative solutions across the Oracle HCM cloud, this senior individual will participate throughout the implementation providing Oracle's point of view relative to the overall solution design and implementation aspects of their program for high quality, integrated solutions.

Requirements

Previous experience leading consulting teams on challenging projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Subject matter expertise.
Domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud functionality and Oracle AI.

Responsibilities

Analyzes business needs to help ensure the Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry leading practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs.
Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to provide functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions, including how the customer will benefit from AI adoption.
Utilizes strong communication and negotiation skills to deliver exceptional advisory services.
Effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations.
Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise.
Resolves very complex customer escalations and collaborates with Oracle Sales, Customer Success, Support and Product Development.
Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.
Provides input to new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings.
Provide leadership, strategy and vision for Oracle’s Cloud Advisory practice across both Commercial and Regulated markets while continuing personal growth and training, including staying current on Oracle Cloud functionality and Oracle AI.
