Consulting Psychologist Advisory | Hybrid
About The Position
Wisconsin Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed Psychologist to serve in a consulting and signatory capacity during the development and early operations of our PHP/IOP program in Brookfield. This is a structured, low-time-commitment engagement well-suited to a practicing clinician who wants to support a mission-driven behavioral health startup without a significant operational burden. The Psychologist will be available for periodic consultation, sign off on clinically required documentation as dictated by Wisconsin DHS licensure standards, and provide high-level guidance on evidence-based clinical programming. Direct patient contact is not required and not anticipated.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Wisconsin license as a Psychologist (Licensed Psychologist or Health Service Psychologist).
- Familiarity with behavioral health PHP/IOP program structures, even if not currently practicing in that setting.
- Clean professional standing with no active board actions or sanctions.
- Ability to review and execute documentation in a timely manner
Responsibilities
- Serve as a licensed Psychologist of record for program licensure and credentialing purposes as required by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
- Review and cosign clinical policies, assessment protocols, and program documentation on an as-needed basis.
- Provide brief consultative guidance to the Executive Director and clinical leadership regarding evidence-based PHP/IOP programming standards.
- Attend occasional check-in calls or meetings (estimated one per month or less).
- Remain available for time-sensitive signatory requests with reasonable turnaround.
Benefits
- Compensation Structure: Independent Contractor (IRS Form 1099)
- Rate: $1,500 per month flat retainer
- Estimated Time: up to 10 hours per month
