About The Position
As our Consulting Project Technical Director, you will be the driving force behind the successful rollout of our products within the customer's environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless deployment process, acting as the senior liaison between our team and the client. You will be the go-to person for overarching program-related inquiries, providing solutions and managing expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle while ensuring that the output of the Consulting team consistently maintains the highest level of quality. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for successful end-to-end execution, aligning stakeholders, managing risk, and delivering measurable outcomes on time and within budget.
