Requirements

• 15+ years of finance & accounting experience , with at least 5 years in a CFO role .
• Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments .
• Comfortable building rapport with clients and executives while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting , and financial modeling —you know the ins and outs of the financial world.
• Strong knowledge of merger and acquisition activities , debt negotiation, and financial systems.
• A natural leader, you’ll mentor others and contribute to team and business development.

• Engage with Executives: Be a trusted advisor, leading strategic conversations on financial planning, M&A opportunities, and business growth strategies.

• Mentor and Collaborate: Guide and develop the careers of vcfo controllers , assistant controllers , and other team members while contributing to the growth of our internal practice.
• Work Across Industries: Each day, you’ll navigate unique challenges across multiple sectors , building a portfolio that keeps you learning and growing.
• Build Relationships: Grow your network with C-level executives, and help lead business development and growth initiatives.
