About The Position

We are seeking a Banking Industry thought leader with at least 10 years of experience to join our team. This role requires hands-on knowledge across Lending, Payments, Core banking, Treasury, Wealth, or Capital markets solutions. The ideal candidate will have worked on complex implementations involving Digital engineering, Platform modernization, and Product implementation and design. Experience with leading COTS products such as Loan IQ, FIS MBP, Finestra Product Suite, IBM FTM, Dovetail, Bottomline, Fiserv payment engine, CGI products is essential. Additionally, experience working with Fintechs, API & microservices, Agile Methodology, and domain-driven methodologies like DDD and BDD is required. Familiarity with emerging payment methods and trends like tokenization, blockchain, crypto, NFT, and AI & ML in fraud is also important. This role involves supporting both business development (Practice Growth) and Capability development (Solutions, resources). We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to adapt quickly to the fast-changing payments environment, and the capacity to innovate and rapidly build solution accelerators, MVPs, and frameworks for non-linear growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to foster effective relationships with product, development, and management teams. Awareness of technology trends such as AI/ML, robotics, and cloud, and their impact on banking operations is expected. The role also involves analyzing information from various perspectives, identifying pivotal issues, and reaching logical conclusions. Defining enterprise blueprints and architecture roadmaps, along with knowledge of SWIFT Standards, messaging middleware design, and ISO 20022 and MT message formats, is crucial. Hands-on experience implementing Open APIs, open-source tools, and cloud-based applications and solutions is also required.

Requirements

• Graduation, preferably - Post graduation, MBA Finance & IT
• 10+ Years of total experience
• Banking Industry thought leader
• Hands on knowledge across, Lending, Payments, Core banking, Treasury, Wealth or Capital markets solutions
• Worked on complex implementations across Digital engineering, Platform modernization, Product implementation and design
• Strong Experience in implemented and configured any of the leading COTS products, - Loan IQ, FIS MBP, Finestra Product Suite, IBM FTM, Dovetail, Bottomline, Fiserv payment engine, CGI products
• Experience in working with Fintech’s, API & microservices, Agile Methodology, and using domain drive methodologies DDD, BDD
• Experience in emerging payments methods and trends like tokenization, block chain, Cypto, NFT, AI & ML in fraud etc.
• Has entrepreneur spirit with ability to adopt & adjust quickly to grow the fast-changing payments environment
