Consulting Analyst, Digital (Montreal Bilingual French and English) - Start Dates Q3/Q4 2027 (Spring 2027 Graduates)

As part of a growing Digital practice, Analysts can expect to work closely with leadership on a diverse set of tasks and initiatives. You will engage and collaborate with team members to propose solutions for complex challenges faced by our clients.
Requirements
- Demonstrated academic excellence in a bachelor’s program relevant to the role with a graduation date of Spring 2027
- Interest in applying technology systems to business processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Advanced or highly proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products (e.g. Microsoft Visio and Outlook)
- A consulting role with Huron requires travel to client sites. The nature and frequency of travel will depend on the specific project requirements and client needs.
- Comfort with a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, including the potential for extended hours depending on project demands
- Canadian work authorization is required
- Bilingualism in French and English
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting in implementing technology solutions, including performing technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support
- Liaising with internal and external team members during course of project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics
- Conducting and participating in key stakeholder interviews with clients to gather qualitative data and information as well as gain an understanding of institutional culture
