Overview We’re looking for a Consulting Actuary to join our team. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients make smart financial decisions. This role combines data analysis, client interaction, and collaboration with account teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits underwriting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Communicate clearly and work well with others.
Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.
Build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Excel skills.
Degree in Math or Finance.

Responsibilities

Analyze carrier data to recommend rates and funding levels to account teams and clients.
Present financial reports that track expenses, renewal projections, and funding levels.
Lead client-facing meetings to explain underwriting policies and services.
Review and oversee reports created by the underwriting team.
Prepare presentations, newsletters, and communication materials for internal teams and clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with teams to support sales and consulting efforts.
