About The Position
The Assurance Group (TAG) is seeking a consultative health and life insurance representative. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and integrity who are passionate about helping people. While experienced insurance agents are welcome, no prior experience is necessary, as TAG prefers to train individuals from diverse backgrounds such as bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, and the military. The position involves representing products including life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities. Although the company operates from a home office, client meetings are conducted in person, making this not a fully remote role. TAG is a family-owned organization founded in 1988, experiencing significant annual growth and operating nationwide with multiple regional offices. They emphasize a collaborative, agent-centric approach to growth and development in a dynamic market.
Requirements
- Teachable
- Self-motivated (commission sales role)
- Must have or be willing to obtain Life & Health License
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Represent TAG products including life, health, and fixed index annuities.
- Meet with clients in person for appointments.
- Manage own hours and schedule.
- Utilize provided warm leads and in-house appointment setters.
- Collaborate within a sales community.
- Engage in consultative sales to help people.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and integrity.
