About The Position

150Bond advises C-suite executives on how to tell their story as they scale. We work with founders, executives, and investors at some of the most consequential companies in tech — across AI, fintech, deep tech, sustainability, web3, venture capital, future of work, and B2B enterprise. We're a small team by design: you'll work directly with senior leadership, and your clients will know your name.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in PR or communications, ideally with agency experience
A track record of securing top-tier coverage across broadcast, print, and online — think Bloomberg, Fortune, WSJ, NYT, CNN, CNBC, TechCrunch — as well as industry trades
Established journalist relationships you can leverage to drive coverage and opportunities for clients
Experience managing high-profile corporate clients, with the communication skills to match
The ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment: client relationship management, driving client calls, planning announcements, end-of-month reporting, and managing multiple stakeholders
Strong organization, time management, and close attention to detail
Excellent writing skills
A creative, ideas-first approach with the strategic mindset to consistently over-deliver
A good understanding of the media landscape, ideally with some tech knowledge and an eye for the trends that matter to clients
A solid grasp of the tech topics of today, from AI to enterprise tech and fintech

Nice To Haves

Experience mentoring junior staff or line-managing a team
Knowledge of any of our practice areas: B2B enterprise, deep tech, fintech, future of work, venture capital, sustainability, or web3
Experience working with new media and an understanding of how to get maximum impact from niche outlets
