UCSF Enterprise Strategy & Transformation (EST) seeks an exceptional professional to join our highly skilled and engaged team providing internal consulting services to our dynamic, mission-driven institution. The Consultant provides strategic facilitation and coordination support for internal initiatives, helping leaders and teams plan, prioritize, and execute strategy, process improvement, and digital transformation efforts. Requirements

• Management consulting skills
• Ability to support moderate to complex initiatives and programs
• Skills in scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and communications
• Ability to support resolution of a wide range of consulting issues and situations
• Ability to plan, research, and resolve issues with minimal instruction
• Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

Responsibilities

• Use and apply management consulting skills to deliver programs and projects that involve multiple organizations and stakeholders.
• Effectively support moderate to complex initiatives and programs, including scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and communications.
• Support resolution of a wide range of consulting issues and situations.
• Receive minimal instruction on planning, researching, and resolving issues, with general instructions and guidance provided on new assignments and/or more unique situations.
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
