We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering across the enterprise to navigate complex workforce challenges, mitigate organizational risk, and foster a culture of accountability, fairness, and inclusion. This role manages high-impact employee relations matters, including sensitive workplace investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, while shaping people practices that enable business performance and strengthen the employee experience. The ideal candidate combines sound judgment, exceptional investigative expertise, and strategic influence to drive positive outcomes for employees, leaders, and the organization.
