Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of compensation structures.
  • Experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
  • Knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies and process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system.
  • Experience with internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices.
  • Self-starter who takes personal accountability for results.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt, learn and effectively respond to unique challenges and evolving work of specialty clinical recruitment.
  • Resilience and persistence required to manage high-volume flows and tenacity to 'get it done' in a competitive market.
