About The Position

FTI Consulting is seeking innovative, collaborative, and highly motivated students for a full-time Consultant opportunity upon graduation. This role offers the chance to exercise an entrepreneurial spirit in the workplace and contribute to the future of FTI Consulting. Candidates will jumpstart their career with FTI Consulting between July 2027 – September 2027. As a Consultant, you will become a member of a project team and work closely with our professionals and senior leaders to meet our clients’ needs. The Strategic Communications segment is one of five business segments at FTI Consulting, focusing on areas such as Corporate Positioning & Insights, Crisis & Litigation, Cyber, Financial Communications, Mergers & Acquisitions, Activism & Governance, People & Transformation, and Public Affairs.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a fifth-year master’s program with a graduation date between May 2026 – August 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s).
