About The Position

We are hiring Consultants and Senior Consultants to drive AI-enabled modernization and customer outcomes across enterprise clients. This is not a traditional consulting role focused on deliverables. You will own the end-to-end success of assigned customers—from onboarding to adoption to measurable impact. You will work directly with engineering, architecture, and leadership teams to apply CAST’s software intelligence to real systems, enable AI-assisted transformation initiatives, and ensure outcomes are practical, usable, and production-ready. You will operate in a flat, high-ownership environment, where individuals are expected to lead from the front and drive results independently.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience (Consultant) / 5–10 years (Senior Consultant) in: Technology consulting, software engineering, or architecture
  • Solid understanding of: Application architectures and distributed systems
  • Solid understanding of: Software development and modernization concepts
  • Solid understanding of: Cloud and/or enterprise platforms
  • Exposure to or strong interest in AI/GenAI applied to software development
  • Ability to work with large, complex codebases and extract meaningful insights
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences
  • Self-driven and comfortable with ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Own success for assigned customers from onboarding to adoption to expansion support
  • Deliver early, tangible value (insights, action plans, modernization paths)
  • Ensure customers translate insights into real changes in their systems
  • Support use cases such as: Codebase understanding and architecture mapping, AI-assisted code transformation and modernization, Technical debt identification and remediation
  • Help customers use AI effectively by grounding it in deterministic system context (CAST)
  • Work with engineering and architecture teams to interpret CAST insights
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities
  • Translate findings into practical next steps
  • Proactively identify gaps in usage, understanding, or momentum
  • Step in to unblock issues and maintain forward progress
  • Support executive and stakeholder conversations with clear, outcome-oriented insights
  • Manage multiple customers independently
  • Prioritize work based on impact, not activity
  • Act as the single threaded owner for customer outcomes on your accounts
