As a member of CIBC’s team, the Consultant, Process and Change Management is responsible for supporting the delivery of advanced consulting advice in process improvement, change management, and operational effectiveness. The role includes planning, scheduling, and facilitating training for transition and parallel processing phases, as well as creating job aids to support these activities. You will develop daily training plans, facilitate sessions with SME support, and provide ongoing support to the operations team. Post-implementation, you will offer support to teams after processes have been implemented and transition procedures to CIBC Knowledge Central standards. The role involves detailed procedure updates and the creation of job aids for critical processes, along with administrative tasks to track activities and address emerging issues. You will work autonomously on day-to-day responsibilities, researching industry best practices, tools, and systems for process improvement, and recommending enhancements to ensure standardized and efficient operations. Independent judgement is required to determine methods and approaches, and you will act as a resource integrator for your area. Please note this is a 18 month secondment opportunity. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
