About The Position

We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business focused on growing audiences and revenues by understanding fans. We collaborate with clients to influence fan spending, event attendance, channel response, and content consumption. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including major sports and entertainment entities. We are a global team of over 1000 people across 15 offices, serving diverse sports and entertainment businesses worldwide. We are hiring a Consultant of Partnership Strategy to focus on current and future projects for rights holders and brand clients. This role will emphasize analytical solutions using the KORE Intelligence Platform to drive strategic business decisions through reporting and data strategies within a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of business strategy, consulting, or agency experience (preferably in the sports/entertainment industry)
  • 1+ year(s) experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
  • Experience with SQL is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
  • Knowledge of sponsorship and the sports industry
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both a written and verbal context with external end-users and internal colleagues
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and ability to coordinate across multiple departments
  • Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • Experience with R, Python, and/or another statistical programming language a plus

Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep relationships and knowledge of agencies, brands, rights holders, and consumers globally to create strategies that drive brand value and business results for clients and their partners.
  • Curate client strategies based on market trends, measurement, value drivers, and potential opportunities.
  • Identify client value and objectives, and curate strategy around positioning and offerings in the marketplace.
  • Facilitate strategy development for key partner programs and identify growth opportunities for renewals and negotiations.
  • Lead day-to-day management of select partnerships, focusing on direct client collaboration, executing deliverables, measuring/analyzing data, and providing strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to SOW, on time, and within client expectations and budgets.
  • Provide partners with dynamic measurement and reporting across key metrics, demonstrating partner performance across various data types and sources.
  • Develop intricate SQL scripts using relational and disparate data sets to drive business decisions.
  • Implement the data analytics vision for business decision-making through Tableau dashboard design for clients.
  • Monitor trends in the sports, entertainment, and technology landscapes to keep team members and executives informed and identify new opportunities.
