We are looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join the PACE team, someone who is passionate about solving complex problems, motivated by the impact they can have in a transforming environment, and eager to contribute to high value-added projects. This is a great opportunity to join PACE Consulting as a consultant, contribute to strategic mandates, and make a tangible impact for our clients. Reporting to the Senior Manager, PACE, and working within a stimulating and dynamic environment as part of the PACE team, you will be responsible for working closely with Rio Tinto leaders to support, structure, and deliver strategic and operational projects with a long-term perspective. You will analyze data, develop hypotheses, make practical recommendations, and support their implementation on the ground. You will thrive in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment where teamwork, autonomy, curiosity, and critical thinking are highly valued. You will actively contribute to Rio Tinto’s ongoing transformation while expanding your consulting skills and professional network.

Requirements

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, gained within organizations known for the excellence and rigor of their practices, or within comparable high-performing corporate environments.
  • Creative thinker with a practical and strategic mindset, and a strong ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively, build strong internal networks, and support clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the perseverance and determination required to address complex challenges.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Canada and internationally.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
