About The Position

MNP is redefining how organizations succeed in the digital age by bridging strategic vision, technical innovation, and operational execution to deliver transformative results. This opportunity will help organizations solve complex service-delivery and operational challenges through practical, enterprise-grade solutions. Our work centers on Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate and Power Pages, increasingly supported by intelligent apps and AI-enabled development. We deliver case management, CRM, grants, regulatory and citizen-service solutions that improve how organizations serve clients and communities. This hands-on consulting role suits a curious, enthusiastic and adaptable maker with a strong design mindset and collaborative approach - someone comfortable moving between client conversations, analysis, solution design and delivery, while learning continuously and influencing what and how we build. At MNP, you will work alongside a collaborative team of creative thinkers and problem-solvers. You will gain hands-on experience, tackle meaningful challenges, and grow your skills in an environment where your voice is valued, and your development is a priority. If you are ready to accelerate your career and make a lasting impact, this is where your journey begins.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 solutions, with hands-on capability in Dataverse and model-driven apps: data modelling, security, forms, views, business rules and process automation.
  • Practical experience creating and troubleshooting Power Automate cloud flows.
  • Basic AI literacy: understanding generative AI capabilities and limitations, responsible use, effective prompting, output validation and protection of client and organizational information.
  • A strong design mindset: understand users, business problems and context; structure ambiguity; explore, prototype and validate options; and translate needs into intuitive, practical and valuable solutions.
  • Strong written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills for business and technical audiences; collaborative, open to different perspectives, and able to build trusted relationships and share ownership across disciplines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and learning skills, sound judgement, and a commitment to reliable, high-quality delivery in a consulting environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Power Pages design and delivery, especially secure authenticated Dataverse experiences, styling and usability.
  • Deeper Dynamics 365 experience—Customer Service, Sales, Field Service or Customer Insights—and/or first-party autonomous and assistive agents for customer service and case management.
  • Dynamics 365 Contact Center experience across voice/digital channels, routing, self-service, representative experiences, analytics or AI-enabled capabilities.
  • On-premises Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 cloud migrations, including assessment, data migration, remediation, testing and transition planning.
  • Power Platform ALM, solutions, environment strategies and automated deployment pipelines, particularly Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • Business analysis: process analysis, workshops, user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements traceability; public-sector, case management, CRM, grants, regulatory or citizen-service experience.
  • Integrations, APIs, custom connectors, JavaScript, C#, .NET, Azure services or related extension technologies; familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Relevant Microsoft App Maker, Functional Consultant, Developer or Solution Architect certifications; English/French bilingualism; and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure and deliver Power Platform solutions using well-structured Dataverse data models and intuitive model-driven apps, including tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, business process flows and security roles.
  • Build and troubleshoot Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, integrations, service-level triggers and other business processes; contribute to secure, accessible client-, partner- and citizen-facing Power Pages experiences.
  • Work directly with clients to understand goals, processes, pain points and constraints; facilitate discovery and design sessions; and turn broad ideas into clear priorities, requirements and practical solution designs.
  • Produce useful delivery artefacts—including process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, data models, solution designs and test scenarios—and prototype early so clients and teams can validate options and make informed decisions.
  • Configure before customizing, while recognizing when extensions or integrations are appropriate; collaborate with BAs, developers, architects, designers, PMs, QA specialists and client teams.
  • Contribute across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training and support; investigate defects and production issues, identify root causes and implement durable fixes.
  • Use Agile practices and Azure DevOps to manage requirements, backlog items, traceability and progress; apply sound judgement on security, privacy, accessibility, maintainability, performance and quality.
  • Share learning, contribute reusable patterns and improve how the team delivers.
