Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management.
• 2+ years of relevant practical experience in consulting or in our key industries with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.
• Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in SQL, Python, or other data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of supply chain consulting projects across multiple industries.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop models, dashboards, and tools to support decision-making.
• Contribute to solutions in areas such as supply chain strategy and network design, demand planning and inventory optimization, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production, etc.
• Prepare client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Conduct research on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Support internal initiatives, including knowledge development and recruiting efforts.
