This Senior Consultant role involves leading and managing end-to-end supply chain consulting engagements across various industries. The consultant will analyze client operations, identify inefficiencies, develop actionable recommendations, and design and implement solutions in areas such as supply chain strategy, network design, demand planning, inventory optimization, transportation, logistics optimization, intralogistics, and production. The role also includes translating business requirements into analytical models, presenting insights to senior client stakeholders, mentoring junior consultants, supporting business development efforts, and staying current on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management
• 5+ years of relevant practical experience in supply chain consulting
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levels
• Enjoy challenging project work and collaboration with fellow team members and clients
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements
• Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in transportation, network design and optimization preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain consulting engagements across industries
• Analyze client operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable recommendations
• Design and implement solutions in areas such as supply chain strategy and network design, demand planning and inventory optimization, Transportation and logistics optimization, intralogistics and production, etc.
• Translate business requirements into analytical models and tools
• Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
• Support business development efforts, including proposal creation and client presentations
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices
