This role involves supporting project teams in the execution of supply chain consulting engagements. It requires contributing to workstreams across various areas such as supply chain strategy, network analysis, demand planning, inventory management, transportation, logistics operations, intralogistics, and production. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, consulting, or within industry sectors.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.
  • Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available)

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to tools such as SQL, Python, or PowerBI/Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams in the execution of supply chain consulting engagements.
  • Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
  • Assist in building models, reports, and dashboards under guidance from senior team members.
  • Contribute to workstreams across areas such as supply chain strategy and network analysis, demand planning and inventory management, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production, etc.
  • Prepare sections of client presentations and documentation.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings, taking notes and tracking action items.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support project work.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Support internal initiatives such as training and knowledge management.
