Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management
  • 2+ years of relevant practical experience in consulting or in our key industries with a focus on logistics and supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements
  • Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SQL, Python, or other data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of supply chain consulting projects across multiple industries
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop models, dashboards, and tools to support decision-making
  • Contribute to solutions in areas such as supply chain strategy and network design, demand planning and inventory optimization, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production, etc.
  • Prepare client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and recommendations
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Conduct research on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices
  • Support internal initiatives, including knowledge development and recruiting efforts
