About The Position

The Ops Centralized Professional Services Team partners with large financial institution clients to deliver strategic consulting, technology solutions, and transformation initiatives within the Systematics ecosystem. The team works directly with client executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to address complex challenges, align technology with business goals, and support future growth. As part of a collaborative and high-performing organization, you'll help shape innovative solutions that enable clients to achieve operational excellence and maximize business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Significant experience working with the Systematics platform and related banking technologies.
• Strong consulting and client relationship management experience in financial services or technology environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with large financial institutions and enterprise banking environments.
• Knowledge of banking operations, core banking systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading business process improvement or modernization programs.
• Experience supporting strategic technology planning and enterprise architecture discussions.

• Relevant industry, product, or project management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Systematics clients, providing strategic consulting on business and technology initiatives.
• Design Systematics-based solutions that align with client requirements, operational goals, and long-term growth objectives.
• Lead client-facing engagements and partner directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Analyze client needs and translate business requirements into scalable technology recommendations.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Systematics products, capabilities, and best practices.
• Lead complex technology projects independently or as part of a consulting team to achieve successful client outcomes.
