BRG’s Economics, Disputes & Investigations (EDI) practice is seeking an experienced consulting professional with meaningful experience in one or both intellectual property and commercial disputes matters. The successful candidate will lead smaller work streams, provide guidance, develop analytical frameworks, interface with clients, and oversee the work and development of junior staff at the associate or senior associate levels. The role requires the ability to address complex, real-world applied economics questions and to connect economic, business, financial, and accounting analyses to the needs of clients and experts across IP and Commercial Disputes. This position requires a highly motivated problem solver with strong analytical ability, sound judgment, and excellent organizational skills. The work will involve both hands-on execution and oversight of quantitative and qualitative engagement work streams, including reviewing junior staff work, providing actionable feedback, and supporting their overall professional development.
