About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC). As our Consultant on the Sales team, you’ll develop and implement an individual sales plan for business insurance or employee health & benefits products and coordinate service of assigned accounts, deliver renewals on a timely basis and secure quotes when necessary.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of Outside B2B (business-to-business) selling with a proven track record in being able to ask the right questions in order to foster credibility quickly while at the same time gaining a sense of how to best align our offerings with the client.
  • Experience in the midmarket - companies with (100 - 1000 employees).
  • Corporate image coupled with a great attitude
  • Must be assertive - yet consultative

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce a plus
