Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Finance or related field considered
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive accounting or financial experience
  • Strong foundation in core accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities
  • Ability to analyze financial data and support audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven adaptability in learning new systems, tools, and client environments, with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred, particularly within hospitals or related care settings

Responsibilities

  • Provide outsourced accounting and financial management support to healthcare clients, acting as an extension of the client’s internal finance team
  • Execute core accounting functions including month-end close, financial statement preparation, and ongoing financial reporting
  • Compile, reconcile, and analyze financial data to support audits, cost reporting, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with client leadership to address financial and operational challenges, contributing to informed decision-making
  • Deliver high-quality financial insights and reports, including materials for executive leadership and board-level presentations as needed
  • Adapt to a variety of client environments by quickly learning new accounting systems, workflows, and healthcare-specific technologies
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client operations through process improvements, problem solving, and expanded service support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
  • Support knowledge transfer and task delegation by training junior or offshore team members on repeatable processes and workflows
