About The Position

The Consultant I role, also described as an IT Support Technician, is based at the US Prada Office in Manhattan, NYC. This position is crucial for providing comprehensive IT support, focusing on endpoint management, device management, mobile support, and Active Directory administration. The ideal candidate will be proficient with ITSM and ticketing systems like ServiceNow and capable of creating clear technical documentation. The role demands strong communication skills, a proactive and structured approach, and adaptability to a dynamic team environment, with a strong emphasis on user-oriented support. It requires a stable, in-person presence at the main office in Manhattan, with only occasional travel.

Requirements

• Experience with device management tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Workspace ONE.
• Proficiency with ITSM and ticketing systems, specifically ServiceNow.
• Ability to work with a proactive and structured mindset, bringing order and consistency to reactive settings.
• Adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic, youthful, and fast-moving team.
• Required onsite presence at the US Prada Office in Manhattan.
• Limited travel expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging, deployment, updates, and troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoints.
• Configure and support iOS devices in enterprise environments.

• Create and maintain clear, reusable technical support procedures.
• Communicate effectively with IT teams to foster a collaborative and aligned support environment.
• Provide empathetic and clear assistance to end users, even under pressure.
