About The Position
This position is to support our U.S. Federal Customers world wide. Applicants must be comfortable with a minimum of 50% travel (International and Domestic). Candidates for this position will be responsible for working with our customers to meet their ongoing regulatory compliance and continuous monitoring requirements. This role requires a blend of high-level technical execution and administrative coordination to ensure all long-term contractual milestones and security standards are met.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

- Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract(s)
- Bachelors degree OR 1+ years of experience with one or more of the following: Cybersecurity, Information Systems, LMR, Radio Communications, Motorola equipment, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Telecommunications, Public Safety, Engineering, Networking Equipment, IP Networking, Solutions Architecture, ASTRO 25, P25, WAVE VoIP, or Military experience
Nice To Haves
- Possesses relevant technical or cyber certifications (preferred): Security+, Network+, CISM, etc.
- Scripting experience is a plus
- RF experience and/or knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Tactfully and courteously interface with customers in order to build strong relationships
- Coordinate activities to ensure compliance to all contractual requirements
- Apply security updates including patching, custom GPO’s and creating/running scripts
- Perform remediation and mitigation planning and implementation
- Prepare documentation and artifacts for customers as required
- Analyze and document events in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrate a self-starter mindset, assuming responsibility and remaining adaptive, flexible, and resourceful in a results-oriented environment
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently using strong organizational skills and attention to detail
