Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in healthcare accounting or healthcare reimbursement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Current and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a variety of financial, operational, and compliance projects
- Assist in the preparation and review of annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
- Support special projects related to: Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) payments, Medicare Bad Debts and Cost Report Settlement issues
- Contribute to state-level Medicaid projects, including: Hospital supplemental payment programs, Medicaid reimbursement analysis and reporting
- Conduct research on healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies
- Analyze financial and operational data using technology tools and data visualization platforms
- Participate in ongoing training and development to build expertise in healthcare finance and compliance
