About The Position
The Industry Innovation & Co-Development Group (InnoCoDev) operates as a dedicated strategic function within Professional Services, collaborating closely with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Success. This team aims to accelerate the delivery of industry-wide solutions through strategic co-development partnerships with key customers. The role of a Solution Consultant involves working at the intersection of technology and customer adoption, bridging business needs with solutions and providing enablement support to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery.
- Hands-on full-stack development experience, including modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and packaging.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences.
- Experience translating requirements into actionable solution designs, and working software.
- Ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency.
- Works effectively with limited guidance from others, consistently applying established best practices and standards.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Prototype, validate, and deliver innovative Guidewire Cloud features in real-world customer environments.
- Work directly with customers to capture use cases, requirements and validate solutions.
- Take ownership across the full technology stack, including backend and frontend development.
- Provide feedback loops to Solution Architects and Product Development for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey.
