About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join Firm Resilience as an Executive Director, driving Firm Resiliency Strategy. In this role, you will help shape and drive the firm’s resiliency strategy, leading critical initiatives that strengthen preparedness, recoverability, and operational continuity across the organization. You will partner with senior stakeholders across technology, risk, and business teams to advance resilience capabilities, support regulatory expectations, and deliver meaningful enterprise-wide outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative leader who brings deep experience in resilience-related disciplines and a strong ability to drive execution in complex environments. You are comfortable working across organizational boundaries, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating broad resiliency objectives into practical, measurable outcomes. You bring sound judgment, executive presence, and a proactive approach to advancing firm-wide resilience capabilities.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading enterprise programs in technology resilience, operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of resiliency, continuity, and risk disciplines in complex, highly regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience establishing governance, reporting, metrics, and execution frameworks for strategic programs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the resiliency strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives across Firm Resilience and resiliency transformation.
  • Partner with senior leaders across technology, risk, and business teams to align priorities and deliver resilient outcomes.
  • Provide program governance, executive reporting, and performance oversight for major resiliency workstreams.
  • Identify, assess, and help mitigate risks that may impact technology resilience and operational continuity.
  • Support regulatory, audit, and risk management expectations related to resiliency planning and execution.
  • Influence organizational change by driving cross-functional engagement, accountability, and execution discipline.
