The vision of Enterprise Services is to deliver services that are simpler, better, and faster. This role is a member of the Enterprise Services (“ES”) Strategy & Operations team, focused on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement. The Consultant of Business Operations is responsible for implementing and continuously improving products across ES in close partnership with the Digital Organization. The Consultant maintains an end-to-end operational perspective across ES initiatives, including supporting documentation, use cases, performance metrics, adoption insights, risks, compliance considerations, costs tracking, and value realization. The Consultant will work collaboratively with business and technology partners and support delivery of products aligned with enterprise priorities. The role is primarily execution-focused and supports outcomes across two areas as follows: 20% – Support product planning, prioritization, and implementation activities through coordination, analysis, and facilitation. 80% – Execute and support the implementation of products and solutions aligned to the highest priorities of the Company.
