As the Consultant, Agile Leader for the Service Experience Enhancers team, you will guide a highly skilled, cross-functional group dedicated to delivering a best-in-class, personalized self-service experience for financial professionals and members. This journey-focused team is committed to enabling proactive policy management, reducing reliance on human interaction, and simplifying policy servicing through intuitive, connected, and reassuring digital experiences aligned with Life Insurance BSA industry standards. You will lead experienced software engineers leveraging cutting-edge technologies—including GraphQL APIs, Kafka event streaming, and Playwright for test automation—while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Owning the full software development lifecycle from ideation through implementation and beyond, you will ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that shape the future of self-service engagement.
